Cancellation Policy
For purposes of safety and sanitation, we cannot allow more than one guest per room. Non-refundable $25 deposit is required for all services, remaining balance must be paid at the end of appointment. If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us in order to avoid additional charges. Cancellations are to be at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment or reservation time. Late cancellations will result in a $25 fee. Appointments are allowed a 10-minute grace period; if you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.
